1969 - Year of founding, as a 3-bed maternity lying-in clinic.
1974 - Expanded into a primary general hospital with 12-bed capacity.
1981 - Expanded and upgraded into a secondary hospital with 50-bed capacity.
Mission: to help the constituents of Taguig in their medical needs.

1991 - Year of founding with 10-bed capacity primary hospital, servicing mostly nearby clients composed of factory workers and their families.
1993 - Upgraded to Secondary hospital with 25-bed capacity.
1994 - Upgraded to Tertiary hospital with 50-bed capacity.
1994 - Accredited by the Employees Compensation Commission (ECC) as an official industrial clinic to provide free medical services among workers of small and medium scale industries inline with the program of then Pres. Fidel V. Ramos.
1998 - Accredited by the Philippine Overseas and Employment Agency (POEA) to cater physical examination to land-based and sea-based workers for abroad.
1999 - Accredited by PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation).
2000 - Accredited by the Overseas Workers and Welfare Administration (OWWA) as one of their out- patient medical clinics that renders free unlimited consultations, medicine and laboratory for OWWA members and its dependents.
2002 - Accredited by Land Transportation Office (LTO) as a drug testing center.
SSMC- Satellite Hospital (Gateway)
Located at Gateway Business Park, Barangay Javalera, Gen. Trias, Cavite. Emerged last January 26, 2000 to extend medical services to the constituents of Cavite. Fully equipped like the mother hospital with complete laboratory, X-ray, Ultrasound and 2D echo.
